Working Principle

When working, the material is continuously fed into the crushing chamber of the main engine by the feeder, thrown into the gap between the grinding roll and the grinding ring by the disc, and subjected to the impact, rolling and grinding of the grinding roll and the grinding ring. Under the action of the negative pressure and the wind wheel, the crushed material is brought into the upper part of the analyzer chamber by the high-speed air flow from the tuyere. Through the high-speed rotating analysis wheel for fine classification, qualified finished products powder through the analysis machine outlet directly into the back of the large pulse dust collector collection, crude powder is back to the crushing chamber re-crushing, clean gas through the dust collector by high-pressure induced draft fan, the whole system is in a negative pressure state of operation and production, no dust emissions.
