CP series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly used for secondary crushing and tertiary crushing linked in metal ore and construction sand and stone processing. With strong crushing ability and large capacity, it is commonly used for crushing medium and hard materials.

Automatic overload protection structure:crusher can automatically reset after overload and the discharge port size remains unchanged, to ensure product quality and stability. Lubricating oil cooling system equipped with temperature control and pressure control device, ensurig the reliable operation of the crusher.

Working Principle
The crushing cone is driven by eccentric sleeve to rotate and swing, which drives the crushing wall to extrude and rub the material between the crushing wall and the rolling mortar wall. According to the lamination theory, the material is subjected to multi-directional forces, crushed and ground according to its own texture, and finally forms stable stone particles, which meet the requirements of discharging from the crushing wall. Drop the clearance and continue to crush the remaining materials until the final requirement is reached.
