  • Introduction
During production flow, the ZSW Vibrating Feeder makes the granule, block of raw material from hopper delivery to various sets evenly, timely and continuously. In a sand-stone production line, the machine can continuously convey the material to crushers and coarsely screen the materials. It is widely applied to the crushing-screening combination equipments in industries of metallurgy, coal dressing, ore dressing, building materials, chemical engineering, grinding materials, etc.

Working Principle
ZSW Vibrating Feeder is driven by eccentric shaft as exciting source, gear, low noise, stable operation, long life, and can screen fine materials in advance, so that the crusher efficiency is higher. Adjusting clearance bar design to prevent material clogging, customers can choose to install speed motor, easy to control the amount of feed, no need for frequent motor start.
