ZY series self-aligning damping vibrating screen is a brand-new vibrating screening equipment developed by Vanguard's scientific research personnel to track the working conditions of YA and YK series vibrating screen on the spot, collect widely the suggestions of installation and maintenance technicians. Different from other vibrating screens, it adopts separate modular design, can quickly replace parts, minimize downtime; self-centering design, effectively correct the screen in the working vibration of the different centers, greatly extending the service life of the equipment. ZY self-aligning damping vibrating screen is widely used in material screening of iron and steel, mining, chemical industry and other industries. It is the lowest cost screening equipment at present.

Module Design

Vibration exciter, Self-aligning device and cabient which adopt split type module design features convenient replacement make maintenance easier and greatly reduce downtime.

Vibration Support Device

Vibration supporting device adopts spindle which can be adjusted between 10 to 20 degrees to meet reqirements of customers.

Add Drives

Drivers are added to improve the efficiency of motor transmission and prolong service life of the V-belt, which can ensure the equipment running concentricity, thus greatly prolonging the service life of bearing.

Widen the First Hopper

The integrated design of first laye laoding hopper can avoid the direct impacting to screen from feedstock and ensure loading hopper strength.


Working Principle
The motor adopts the triangle belt to cause the eccentric block of the exciter to rotate at high speed. The rotating eccentric block produces a great centrifugal force, which stimulates the screen box to produce a certain amplitude of circular motion. The material on the screen is transmitted by the impulse of the screen box on the inclined screen surface and produces a continuous throwing motion. The particles smaller than the sieve hole are permeated through the screen in the process of the material meeting with the screen surface, thus realizing the classification.
